More than 25 years ago, two sisters and their best friend met as young girls in the same church. What began as a childhood friendship blossomed into a lifelong sisterhood rooted in shared values, unwavering faith, and a passion for helping others. Although life led each of us down different paths as we left for college and pursued our individual careers, one thing never changed—our bond and our desire to make a meaningful impact.
Each of us answered the call to healthcare, becoming nurses and dedicating our lives to caring for others. Throughout our careers, we witnessed both the beauty and the challenges of the healthcare industry. We celebrated the lives we touched, but we also saw caregivers who felt unsupported, undervalued, and overworked. We met families searching for compassionate, dependable care but often struggling to find an agency that truly put people first.
